shes wearing an awful outfit, sitting on a decrepit chair, and still looks like an angel.

“how the fuck do some girls get boyfriends so easily like wtf do you just create them in your basement or what”

honestly sometimes i read things like this on twitter and sometimes i can relate to them and think about whatever circumstances are making me think that, but sometimes i read things like this and realize i am the kind of girl theyre referring to in the post. its weird.

dorm room plans

so i want to plan my room kind of around this color/piece

http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?id=22534044&itemsadded=l22534044&&rollOverMessage=1+Solid+Drape+Shade&_requestid=110776 (the “teal” (but really its more of a vivid mint))

because its very mellow and chill and seems like a happy color. i feel like any of my traditional favorite colors (jewel tones) would be too dark and rather gloomy. i want my room to make me feel happy with the option of added excitement or chilled out ness depending on my mood already. then i want to add these wall pieces

http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Pandemonium-Posters_i7613039_.htm

and maybe these

http://society6.com/product/Fortress-of-Friends_Print#1=2

http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Bengal-Tiger-Close-Up-Posters_i988785_.htm

and maybe make a poster with this image

http://28.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lz7qepDtsK1qdkjypo1_500.jpg

but im not sure how i feel about a landscape on my wall (rather than letting the real landscape outside speak for itself, although if i end up in cali i might miss michigan so it could work), the tiger is awesome and fierce but also kind of angry so im not sure how i feel about that, also its just an animal so im not sure if thats awesome enough to contribute to my room, and the message is great on the third one but it has a bible verse under it/is noted as being from the bible which i dont like.

then i want bedding, maybe like this

http://www.thecompanystore.com/St.-Tropez-Reversible-Solid-Down-Free-%238482%3B-Comforter/cz65-ps,default,pd.html?start=3&cgid=comforters-down-alternative&srule=price-low-to-high (although i havent found one i really really want yet)

http://www.amazon.com/Season-Down-Alternative-Reversible-Comforter/dp/B005TOXT9Q/ref=sr_1_6?s=bedbath&ie=UTF8&qid=1332167104&sr=1-6 (i do really like this one)

… part 2 to come later. because i still need to plan lighting, rugs, and organizational stuff. and yes this is my life.

ooh i wanna make these for my dorm

In the days of old, when women had less power in society, they were actually portrayed as true women in films. They could be the sexy seductress then turn around and be the loving housewife. Real, multi-faceted women lived in films. Today, women have more power in society, but you’d be hard pressed to find a true, multi-faceted woman portrayed in a film. True equality is not yet reached.
